Online auction following the closure of the Umiami Research & Development Centre in Villebon-sur-Yvette (Greater Paris, France), dedicated to the development of plant-based food products under the Swap Filet brand. The auction features more than 200 lots, including recent food preparation and processing equipment such as a STEPHAN UM 200 vacuum cooker/mixer (2022), a GOAVEC ENGINEERING mixer/cooler (2022) and a HANDTMANN VF 608 PLUS stainless steel vacuum filler (2022).
